My Experience

I’m a content marketer with over six years of experience and a real passion for design. I hold a Master’s in Digital Marketing from Wake Forest.

In my most recent role as Senior Marketing Coordinator at RoomOne Solutions, I managed the digital presence and content strategy for several e-commerce brands, overseeing email marketing, social media, and brand refresh initiatives.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the chance to build things completely from scratch, which is something I really enjoy. I’ve launched social media accounts, including a YouTube channel that reached over one million views through a mix of my original content and third-party ad support. I’ve also built a full marketing presence for a private school that had no existing department and created logos and visual identities for startups looking to get their name out there.

I’ve worked closely with smaller companies where creativity and flexibility are key, but my skills and experience translate just as well to enterprise-level projects.

  • Developed creative assets and guided Meta Ads strategy, in collaboration with our third-party PPC firm, improving campaign efficiency by 633% year-over-year as measured by ROAS growth, reducing cost per acquisition from $307 to $91, and achieving a record ROAS of 32.3x in June 2025.

  • Managed and optimized Meta Ads for PTAC4Less, generating $597K in attributed revenue on $45K spend (13x ROAS) over 12 months.

  • Planned and executed 2–3 weekly email campaigns that have driven $660K+ in revenue, averaging over $5K per email through strategic content and promotions.

  • Developed and executed a Spring Sale email campaign with multiple sends, generating an average revenue per email roughly 36% higher than the standard average.

  • Directed trade show visual strategy by implementing a live promotional display with urgency messaging, resulting in over 140 on-site unit sales compared to the typical 10 to 20.

  • Built and managed multiple social media accounts, producing original DIY-focused video content that earned over 1M YouTube views with support from targeted third-party PPC campaigns.

  • Reached over 1.8 million users on Facebook and 82,000 on Instagram from scratch, significantly increasing brand visibility across both B2B and B2C audiences.

  • Led a redesign of product detail pages for PTAC4Less, introducing clearer savings messaging and urgency-focused design that increased add-to-cart ratio by 11%.

  • Recommended and tested a high-contrast update to the site’s “Add to Cart” button color, driving a 0.5% lift in conversions through data-backed design optimization.

  • Directed the strategic repositioning of three PTAC e-commerce brands, refining audience focus to expand reach, reduce overlap, and strengthen each brand’s market influence.

Marketing Specialist, Solinity Marketing, Knoxville, TN, March 2023 - October 2024

  • Spearheaded rebranding efforts, conceptualizing and designing a new brand identity and logo for five organizations.

  • Designed and produced a wide range of marketing content including gated assets, optimized landing pages, social media graphics, marketing emails, and collateral.

  • Produced videos from concept to completion, managing interviewing, shooting, editing, and final delivery to create compelling visual narratives for digital and social campaigns.
