Building an Educational Content Engine
I grew PTAC4Less’s YouTube presence by developing educational video content focused on product education, troubleshooting, installation, and common customer questions. The goal was to create useful, evergreen content that increased organic reach while positioning PTAC4Less as a trusted resource.
I handled video editing primarily in CapCut, developing longer-form YouTube videos and repurposing content into short-form videos for Meta and TikTok. I adapted pacing, framing, and messaging for each platform while maintaining consistent brand presentation.
During my time with the brand, the channel generated 1M+ views and 13,000+ hours of watch time, helping establish YouTube as a valuable organic content channel.
Repurposing Content Across Platforms
Rather than creating isolated content for each channel, I used YouTube as a foundation for a broader content strategy. Longer-form videos could be edited into multiple short-form pieces for Meta and TikTok, extending the reach and lifespan of each production while creating a more consistent presence across platforms.
